Cancellation Policy
All cancellation/rescheduling must be done 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a 40% cancellation fee. There is a 15 minute grace period after your appointment time. Past the 15 minute grace period, your appointment will be canceled. If there has been no communication regarding your late arrival, your appointment will be marked as a no show and the cancellation fee will automatically be charged.
